• Cash on delivery: Available only for orders up to €200. A €5.90 surcharge applies. The courier does not give change.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery in 4–6 business days via tracked service. Always free.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your BRT tracking number.

The package can be tracked and managed online, with the option of collection from a depot.

Important Notes

• Customer presence is required at delivery.
• The courier will make two delivery attempts; if the courier is absent, the package will be dropped off at the nearest BRT branch.
• Refused or uncollected cash on delivery orders will result in the obligation to pay in advance for subsequent purchases.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date .

Returns & Exchanges Conditions

• You can test the fragrance with one or two sprays . We cannot accept returns on bottles used beyond this limit or outside the 30-day window. In these cases, the product will be returned to the sender.
• If you purchased a set or bundle , the entire set must be returned for a refund. If you wish to return only part of the set, we can offer a product exchange .
• The product must be returned complete with cap, packaging and original packaging, in good condition.
