🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24–48 business hours .
Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
You will always receive a tracking email so you can follow your package step by step.

- the perfume has not been used
- the packaging is intact

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made within 5–7 working days , using the same payment method chosen during the purchase.
