The package can be tracked and managed online, with the option of collection from a depot.

- The courier will make two delivery attempts; if the courier is absent, the package will be dropped off at the nearest BRT branch.
- Refused or uncollected cash on delivery orders will result in the obligation to pay in advance for subsequent purchases.

- You can test the fragrance with one or two sprays . We cannot accept returns on bottles used beyond this limit or outside the 30-day window. In these cases, the product will be returned to the sender.
- If you purchased a set or bundle , the entire set must be returned for a refund. If you wish to return only part of the set, we can offer a product exchange .
- The product must be returned complete with cap, packaging and original packaging, in good condition.
